This was my 1st meeting with Dr Chen. He made a point of getting to know me and the support system that I have.
I was impressed he actually remembered things that we spoke about last visit ( a year ago) without having to look at the chart. It shows he actually preps and looks at the chart ahead of time.

This was my first visit to Dr. Chen. I am 21 now and could no longer visit Dr. *** my pediatrician. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Chen, he took time with me and asked questions
Dr Chen is a good doctor, but more importantly, he is a good man. All the staff at the facility are top notch also. I have never had a problem with any of my visits. Which is rather funny, many times I was feeling pretty bad and irritable. That said, I won't be sending any surveys to them to fill out..So all I can say is THANK YOU!!

Dr. CHEN is the best doctor I have ever had. He cares for all aspects of a patients care physical mental and spiritual which seems to be missing in most or all other doctors I have encountered. I was also very impressed with the same day response that I received from Dr. Chen Via My Chart. The software informed me that a response to my message would likely take 2 days for a response. I received a response within a couple hours. I messaged late afternoon on Friday. Amazing!

First time with Dr. Chen as previous provider had retired. He was prepared and read my medical history prior to speaking with me. Listen to my concerns. Reviewed all my medications. I am glad I chose Dr Chen an my new provider. He also recommended other tests and vaccinations.
