Patient Experience Reviews
All good experience!
Doctor Chakravarty was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. Explains everything in terms you can understand. Takes the fear put of your care.
Doctor Chakravarty is excellent
The best Doctor for my heart issues. Friendly, caring and explains so you can understand.
This was my yearly cardiology appointment! A lot of these questions do not apply
I love this office and all the personnel
I like my cardiologist very much. She listened to what I said.
I was seen by my regular cardiologist, and I am completely satisfied with the clinical and personal treatment she provides. She is not my primary care physician (Raymond Bermea, who is also excellent), so the first question is poorly phrased.
All went well
It was a good experience

I have been very happy with my care with Dr. Chakravarty over the years. She is familiar with my history and listens to my concerns when I have them. The staff is always helpful and courteous.
All was great. You need to include in the education question trade. I went through four-year electrical apprenticeship and am a graduate. No questions apply to a trade. The doctor is aleays great!

Dr. Chakravarty is very good & She's trying to solve my medical problems. She's very thorough.
I am quite pleased with the care that I have been receiving by the team at UH Portage. Everyone, including Dr. Chakavarty, have been very thorough and caring. I am in great hands.
I specifically asked to be switched from Dr. *** to Dr Chakravarty. She was my provider while I was admitted into the hospital and was fantastic. She has a wonderful bedside manner and truly cares about your situation and understands your concerns, takes the time that you need in order to understand what is going on and puts your mind at ease....unlike the provider from whom I switched from.
I was very impressed with Dr. Chakravarty. This was my first visit with her, and I felt comfortable with our conversation. I didn't feel rushed when talking to her, unlike a lot of the physicians I have encountered. I would highly recommend her to my friends who would need cardiac care.

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
