Great Docter
I am very glad to have Dr Sakti Chakrabarti and his entire staff helping me with my cancer treatment(s). The entire Mentor Seidman cancer center is top notch.
My Doctor and the staff we're all great
Very satisfied with the Doctor and his staff.
Always a good appointment with Dr Chakrabarti and his team.
Overall I had a good experience with the care provider
Dr. Sakti Chakrabarti, as well as my PCP, are the very best I have ever encountered. Had some medical providers that seemed to be interested in scheduling needless appointments. Whereas Dr. Chakrabarti, I am absolutely certain that he is GENUINELY concerned about my serious medical problem, and Is taking the exact procedures for my healing. ***
Out of all the specialists I have seen in my UH journey the last month Dr Cahakravarti was the most caring, responsive and professional I have seen. All were good but he was exceptional. His staff went far above anything I expected.
This provider is excellent.
Very good
Very good .
Excellent care
Dr. Chakrabarti's care for my immunotherapy care has been detailed and ongoing. His constant attention to my care had a lot to do with the success of the treatment. He carefully monitored all the care and evaluated all the results.
Sakti Chakrabarti, MD - my impression is that he is extremely competent in his specialty. He is genuinely concerned about my medical problem and has provided the most appropriate continual treatment. He even laughed at my attempt of humor!
All good
Everything was wonderful!
Dr. Chakrabarti, his office staff, nurses and infusion nurses made my chemotherapy sessions a truly great experience. I have complete confidence under going their treatments for cancer

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
