My first time seeing Mrs. Butt in 2 years, she was out primary care provider before her office in Orwell was closed, I made this appointment to follow up with a provider that actually cares about her patients. The guy we were referred to after her office was closed was a joke, didn't listen, and didn't seem to care to talk to me. Mrs. Butt is a great care provider, if you ever lose her you'll lose the best in my opinion.

I had a terrible previous experience (at another office), and Tina made me feel comfortable and was nothing but kind, caring, and also knowledgeable and helpful.
