Patient Experience Reviews
"Sam" was very pleasant and concerned about my well being
She was absolutely fantastic.
Great experience with the provider. Very nice and respectful! I love the fact she listens to me and understands my concerns. Answered all my questions effectively.
Fabulous!
I had a very good experience with dr Buckholz as a first time patient
Good
This was my first time there and it was a very good experience I will tell everyone about them they were kind and understanding and took care of business thank you
Samantha is wonderful and I will always stick to making appointments with her. She always makes me feel understood, cared for, and is always attentive to my feelings and concerns. Best doctor I have ever had.
This care provider is very trustworthy and relatable. I can always trust her to be honest and straight forward. Whenever I need a referral to a specialist she gets me one right away. She asks all the important questions and explains all my options for treatment. She is also very personable in the way that she asks about how I'm doing and how my family is and catching her up to speed with everything that has happened in my life since I saw her last.
Samantha Buckholtz is a great provider she is very easy to talk to she takes her time explaining things. I really am comfortable with her in charge of my care I know she wants the best for me as her patient and I already have sent my friends and family to her and they love her as well.
I have just switched employers and insurance so I am establishing care with UH providers...I am so thankful I found this provider. She was the best I have had my entire adult life. She was so kind, caring and informative. She is amazing.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
