Dr. Brown has been really helpful with my chronic sinus issues. He is patient, and explained the surgery that could give me some relief, but did not pressure me into any decisions and has encouraged my use of conservative methods to help. He accidently removed a medication that I was currently taking, and when I called the office, they passed it along and he quickly took care of the problem so that I had the medication back. He called me the next day to apologize for the mistake. I am grateful for his help.

Both doctors were excellent, they spent all the time I needed to get my questions and concerns addressed, so if they do this with all their patients, I totally understand the extended wait in the exam room.

No bad experiences with anyone at my first visit to University. Receptionists were all very friendly. Dr Brown was very friendly, kind and caring. Thorough in his exam and he listened to my concerns and told me what he thought was the problem. He is the best ENT doctor I've seen and would not want to see anyone else.

Dr. Brown was the most compassionate and caring doctor that I have encountered within University Hospitals. He listened intently, was obviously knowledgeable and took the time to discuss other medical issues that I have been concerned about. This appointment was incredibly refreshing and gave me hope. Dr. Brown's active listening skills and care are exemplary. The office staff are also amazing! I met with a wonderful assistant afterward and she too treated me with the utmost care and compassion. Since moving back to *** I have felt as though doctors don't care about women over 60 years of age and/or many make assumptions without taking the time to listen. Many years ago, a wonderful doctor like Dr. Brown told me that if a doctor listens long enough, they can usually diagnose the problem and if they listen a bit longer, they can more readily develop an effective treatment plan. Dr. Brown exemplifies this!

Dr. Brown was very nice and helpful. He made some recommendations and how we can proceed to improve my chronic sinus issues. He was able to confirm what I have long suspected about chronic inflammation, but over which I have been dismissed in the past. I look forward to working with him to improve this condition to benefit my overall health.

I am a new patient and found Dr Brown to be friendly and respectful. He thoroughly explained my condition and test results and ordered an MRI to rule out any underlying cause for my problem. I felt I was in good hands with Dr Brown and his staff. I would recommend him to anyone who needed his services.

I have received most of my medical care from a different hospital system, not UH. I made an appointment with Dr Brown because he was recommended to me. I found him to be an excellent doctor. He treated me and solved my problem. I will certainly return to him if I need to. I am considering transferring to other doctors in this system, because of my very favorable impression of Dr Brown.
