Always excellent!
Dr. Brown listened well and answered my question about a possible UTI. She had my urine checked and results were sent quickly to MyChart. Since my BP was good ( reason for this visit) I was scheduled for my next visit ( physical) in 6 months. This was my first visit with Dr. Brown who is taking over care for me and my husband since *** left UH. I'm happy with our new Dr. Brown.
Was my first visit to the doctor as a new patient to her. I needed clearance for an eye surgery. She was very thorough getting to know me and listens well. She sent me for normal blood test since I was new to her and cleared me for surgery.
Very good experience. I was going on vacation and the tests were done so Dr Brown could order and send prescription to Florida for me as I was leaving that same day. I was very appreciative.
Dr. Sara Brown is the best PCP I have had in my 65 years. She listens intently and is extremely compassionate. She always ask if I have questions and takes the time to listen and answer my questions.
Very nice group. Everyone was very helpful
Dr Brown is wonderful. She listens to you she is attentive. She looks at you when you ask the patient I'm talking and explains everything thourghly
I moved to Ohio and needed to establish routine care and Dr. Brown has been extremely empathetic and patient with me given my high anxiety and severe depression. She is attentive and knowledgeable, and listens to me. She has given me great advice and direction of care. I am so grateful for her.
Dr. Brown was very thorough. My daughter and I really loke her.
I had an ongoing respiratory condition for a month. The office was able to get me in to be seen the same day I called. It's also a newer physician for me and only my second visit. I really like the practice. Everyone is very nice and professional.
She was excellent! Very down to earth, she listened and was very accommodating to what I wanted/ needed.
Very attentive and personable. First time visit with this provider, very pleased.
Office scheduled an additional appointment (cardiology) for me the following week. But then subsequently cancelled the appointment without notifying me. It was a waste of my time. And no apparent appreciation for the urgency of the appointment.
Care provider did not make me feel like I was imposing on her time.
Dr. Brown is an excellent Doctor and she cares.
Quite satisfied
Efficient, easy to understand
Dr Brown and her nurse are very professional and pleasant. Her nurse is amazing, making patient feel comfortable and welcome. Dr Brown takes the time to explain things clearly and is always checking that her info is correct before making any suggestions. We are happy to have such a caring team as our primary.
Dr. Brown is attentive. She listens to my concerns. Dr. Brown reviewed my test results and compares the changes from previous visits. I bring in a list of questions for her and she takes the time to answer all of them. Recently I downloaded UH my chart. This app is helping me keep track of my health.
Good
All good.

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
