Provider is awesome
Dr Bittance is awesome. She always takes the time to listen and to explain everything. Don't mind waiting a little longer for her to be able to spend time with her patients.
Dr. Bittence is the main reason why I stay with UH. She explains, yes, but she does not talk down to one.
Dr. Bittence cares for my *** y.o. Mother and most of my long-time local friends. She is the ideal doctor, who gets to know you personally, listens carefully, and makes sure that you have a high level of comfort and confidence in your care. She is simply the best general practitioner I have ever had.
Dr Bittence is the absolute. Eat. We feel so blessed to have found her when we moved back to this area 10 years ago. We couldn't ask for any better!
I enjoy going to Dr. Bittance because she listens. I had a slight stroke last year and I received the best care At Geauga hospital and Hillcrest in Warren and when I finished there and my son couldn't come home as quickly I went to Briar Hill in Middlefield and the care was very good. I walked on a cane but asked Dr. Bittance to go to TLC for additional therapy and she granted it the best experience ever I worked with Kyle and I am better assured of myself I will continue with exercises at the Y in Garrettsville. Many thanks to Summa Health you are the best I am very alert and able to walk better with all the good things I learned in this therapy. Kyle Bilcher is very helpful with that. So thank you I feel very well about all the people I have met along this journey. Kudos to Summa Health thank you
She is a very good doctor

A good experience
Great experience. Very helpful team at this office. Some issues regarding time management with the new EMR that delayed the provider but did not impact my visit overall.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, Jessica Bittence did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.
