Patient Experience Reviews
Very satisfied
Expert, caring, timely
Dr. Barlev was very patient with me, he discussed my medical problem and gave me scalp oil to use.
Good experience
Dr. Barlev is simply the best! Our family is very comfortable with him, personally and professionally. He is a good listener, understanding, professional, empathetic. He Is an outstanding person with great concern for his patients and a good heart. A true mensch! Thank you!
Excellent doctor who is thorough
Everyone involved in this office was very friendly and helpful.
Dr Barlev is a wonderful doctor. I have been seeing him for years and he has always been very kind, attentive, and thorough during appointments. The rest of the staff in this office has always been very friendly and helpful as well.
Dr Barlev is a wonderful doctor. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I am always in good hands when I see Dr. Barlev and I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs dermatological services.
Positive appointment experience
Very good job
Dr. Barlev (as always) is wonderful! He is kind, compassionate, and shows a genuine concern for my well being. I was also very impressed by the office staff in being able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Barlev within two days of my phone call.
This care provider was the one of the best I have ever had. He actively listened and responded to my questions with thought and easy to understand explainations
Dr. Barlev was excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
First time I saw Dr Barlev, went in for my first skin cancer check In years. I felt comfortable with him, and appreciated how he listened to my concerns.
This was my first time meeting Dr. Barlev. Though he was behind schedule, he was attentive to my concerns and did not rush through the appointment. I appreciate that he took time to ask questions and examine my area of concern.
Very comfortable with my dermatologist
Good experience overall
Great Office and Provider
Awesome experience
Love Dr. Barlev. I travel from Charlotte, NC to see him.
Not only is Dr. Barlev an outstanding clinician, but he is also very caring. He is an excellent listener and responds to my questions with thoroughness and seeks to make sure I understand. I have recommended Dr. Barlev to many family members and friends, and they feel the same way about him as I do. I am grateful.
As always my F/U visit Dr. Barlev was very thorough. He answered all of my questions and explained my progress and plans for ongoing treatments and follow up. He addressed questions I had with patience and clarity. I am grateful for his kindness, conscientious and caring.
Excellent doctor!
I have returned Dr. Barlev's follow-up telephone call two times, today will be number three, and have not received a return telephone call. Dr. Barlev is calling me to give me the reults of the skin cancer work they performed.
None, all went well.
The Bolwell dermatology office admin/nursing staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Barlev is an exemplary physician and always takes time to address my concerns. He is easy to talk discuss any issues with.
Danny Barlev was excellent in every way. However this dermatology office needs a much larger waiting room with some level of privacy when you check in. It was kinda intimidating walking in to such a crowded room and answering personal questions within earshot of so many people. There were 24 chairs in the waiting room and 22 of them were occupied!
Dr. Barlev is the best! I needed consultation for a skin problem that needed care right away, but was not so urgent that I would consider going to the Emergency Department at Ahuja. Once I was able to connect by phone to Dr. Barlev's office, Dr. Barlev's nurse/assistant managed to find a closer time slot so he could see me. Dr. Barlev is ALWAYS considerate, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. Our family feels comfortable connecting with him (or his colleagues) with any dermatological issues. Without the friendly intervention of his nurse, though, the near-term appointment that I needed would not have been possible. Thank you, Dr. Barlev.
My appointment was a great overall experience
NICE man and I enjoyed his fellow who was with him ***
Once I saw him ... He was very good You CAN NOT get thru to a person by phone SO BAD
Dr. Barlev is attentive and engaged.
Great office and Doctor
My strawberry blond good friend is awesome
Great
He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear-he told me the truth but not like in a harsh way. So appreciate that.
Received excellent, compassionate care with this doctor explaining what he was doing and getting my permission to check areas of my skin repeatedly throughlot this exam.
Excellent, attentive care
Exceptional care from the provider
Dr. Barlev was absolutely phenomenal. He had exceptional depth of knowledge, ordered the appropriate blood tests needed to diagnose my condition, and biopsied the appropriate skin lesions. He was kind, compassionate, respectful, courteous. I could not recommend him highly enough.
The physician and PA *** were very knowledgeable, took my questions with appropriate concern and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure and after-care. *** the physician was super. I would definitely recommend him to others and would go out of my way to have an appointment with him, were it needed.
Good
Dr Barlev is a great listener, thorough, caring and a wealth of information. He loves what he does and does a nice job explaining things along during the visit.
The provider was behind an hour and half. The staff didn't communicate that until approx an hour and 20 mins of me waiting. Other than that I enjoyed the doctor and feel he cared and showed respect.
Provider was polite, respectful of my concerns and answered any questions I had.
Dr Barlev is excellent and messaged me with test results as soon as they were available.
Good
Professional, personable, apt listening; good, meliorative experience.
Verry good
A good experience.
Dr. BarLev is (and always has been) outstanding! He always listens to me, he is patient, kind, shows concern for my concerns, and always offers advice that I can depend on. His professionalism and experience are unmatched. We are fortunate to have connected with him and we recommend him highly to other members of our family. Hopefully, he won't retire soon! Please let him know of our appreciation. Thank you.
I love Dr. Barlev. He takes good care of me. We have formed a great relationship over the years I have been dealing with this problem.
Dr. Barlev was very knowledgeable about my problem and answered all my questions. He explained everything clearly (what was wrong and my treatment plan). I like that he wrote everything down for me, including an easy to understand diagram. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good dermatologist. The front desk staff were very professional and efficient and treated me with respect: good job! The nurse was also excellent - very professional and accurate. I was seen at my appointment time, and was on my way home in a half hour. I cannot say enough positive things about this practice! Well done, everyone!
Excellent care.
All is well
Excellent
I also was seen by a resident who was very knowledgeable and who worked well with the principle physician caring for me.
