Always very good,
Dr Barker is a very good doctor and found I need stents years ago because my heart didn't sound right at one of my visits sent me to a cardiologist and another time he said I was due for a female visit and sent me to a doctor I had *** cancer they found that because of Barker he has saved my life many times. He is great and so is his staff
My provider is very professional and knowledgeable.

Dr. Barker, as always, provided excellent service ***
Dr Barker and his team are absolutely the best healthcare providers Ive ever had.
Dr. Barker is an excellent and compassionate doctor that has provided outstanding medical advice and care over perhaps 30 years to me and my wife. I trust my primary health care to him with total confidence.
Very good.
I always say, we need more doctors like Dr. Barker . He is a amazing doctor and caring physician. I can't say enough about his professional approach to his profession. As a patient of his for over 30 years, I feel fortunate to have such a doctor on my side. He not only interested in my physical condition, but also my mental and overall care. If he retires, I'm not sure I will be as fortunate to find another physician with his medical approach to patient care. His team is as caring as his own personal commitment to the medical profession.
Excellent care always
Appreciate the time the Dr and Med assistant talk and answer questions!
I did need to wait to see Dr. Barker, but once he was with me, he gave me his undivided attention as I'm sure he did the patient before me. It is often not the physician's fault they are running behind. ***
Excellent! Highly recommend.
Good
I made an appointment after the Doctor's office contacted me. I had not been seen for 1 1/2 years. As it turned out I ended up with a bad cold / flu. I had already gone through the worst of it by the time my appointment came around. Dr Barker did a full exam as usual and prescribed some antibiotics for the crackle in my right lung. Almost well again.
Love this doctor and office staff are all very nice
Dr. Barker is the best Dr I have ever seen, been with he for a long long time, he understands all of my health issues, that is so important to me. THANK YOU DOCTOR BARKER

Dr Barker is a great doctor.
Entire appointment was very good.
Best dr ever
Seemed very concerned for my health. Was eager to listen and make changes that were necessary. Pleasant visit.
Again I will say that if there were more doctors like Dr. B. Barker, the world of health care would be a better place. He is not only dedicated to his profession, he has a genuine interest in his patients welfare physically and mentally. He is always a great listener and explains things in lay terms. Always provides treatment options in a mutual fashion taking the patient input as well as his professional opinion to develop a mutual solution or course of action. He never leaves our visit without a full patient understanding of the diagnosis and prescribed treatment. He is a credit to his profession, keep current with certifications and always does additional research to resolve patient issues and conditions. Never quick to judge and always has my best interest in mind. Again, I cant say enough about Dr. Barker, his support staff, office personnel, and UH in general. He has been my primary physician for *** years and I look forward to my visits and his sage/professional advice.
I have always been had a good experience with the doctor and his staff. Always professional and courteous
Dr Barker and his staff were great.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
