Dr. Bannerjee is a wonderful doctor. I am thankful for her support and very good care. She is kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and I'm glad to have found her as my GYN. She also saved my daughter's life by performing an unexpected surgery. Thank you, and God bless you.

Dr. Banerjee is one of the best doctors I have ever had. The way her office runs and her time and care are the reason I continue to drive 45 minutes to see her, despite moving out of the area.

Dr. Banerjee has been wonderful, the only critique I have is that the nurse who called me to give me my results (adenocarcinoma) could not even pronounce it. I truly feel if you are giving someone a cancer diagnosis that the doctor should call the patient. The nurse stated that she spoke to Dr. Banerjee about the next steps but could not answer my questions and had to call me back, it did not make me feel very confident in the beginning.

I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Banerjee's care. For over 20 years, she has been an exceptional doctor, always showing genuine concern and care throughout all of my appointments with her. Her impeccable bedside manner is a rare find these days, and I always leave feeling confident and reassured that my concerns were addressed appropriately. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for an outstanding physician. She is simply the best!

This doctor was exceptionally good! I was very upset during my visit and she was kind and understanding. This type of care is hard for me because of my history and she was patient and understanding.

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
