Kristen Biddel CNP is by far the best health care person I have ever had.
My provider is very caring and shows an interest in my health, but because I'm not emotionally handling "life" right now, I'm not sure if I can follow her instructions/advice. I'm not quite sure what decisions to make that'll make any difference. "Limbo" is not a good place to be!
I have tried various pcp's throughout my life to find the right fit. Kristin is by far the best provider I've ever had. She listens attentively, it feels like she actually cares about your needs and wants to help find a solution to your concerns while also trying to maintain or get you to your healthy point.
Kristen Biddell is AMAZING! I switched to her after being with another doctor in a different practice for years. I never really liked the other doctor and dreaded going, but I went to her since my mom did too. I have never felt more informed and cared for by a medical provider. I don't dread going in anymore. Kristin actually cares and I feel like a human being not just a patient that needs refills.

I love this office and my provider. I feel obligated to add that the entire staff appears to be burnt out. Each time I see my provider I get a sense of "deflation" by the staff. It's like the energy is slowly draining out of them. Yet they keep on with a smile and kindness. Please go easy on these people. Our lives are in their hands and they are human too!!!!
