Support for Vital Mental Health Initiatives

Recent health assessments identified the lack of access to mental and behavioral healthcare among the most pressing needs facing Cleveland families. The Cleveland Foundation awarded a $1 million grant to improve access to mental health programming at the UH Rainbow Center for Women & Children. The funds will support increased care coordination, embedded clinical staff for mental and behavioral health, training and evaluation. The new grant builds on the Cleveland Foundation’s $500,000 commitment in 2017 to fund related mental health initiatives.
