Hospital visitor parking areas are located in the Cornell/Mayfield garage and on Adelbert Road, next to Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. Complimentary shuttle bus service is available to specificUHC locations.

Daily Discount Parking Fee: Patients admitted to the hospital can get one daily discount parking ticket per day for their families. This ticket, which offers all-day parking for a reduced rate, is also available at each hospital reception desk. The Rainbow reception desk is open 24 hours a day offering daily discount tickets after other reception desks are closed. The daily discount tickets are honored in hospital parking lots only. Visitors who expect to come and go several times each day can pay the parking attendant the full daily rate or the reduced rate if applicable on the first visit. Ask the attendant for a receipt and show the receipt each time you come and go that day. All special rates apply to a single vehicle.

Long-term Parking: A long-term parking permit is also available for patients’ family members. The permit can be purchased with cash or personal check at the Department of Parking and Transportation during weekday hours from 7:00 am to 4 pm. Disabled Patient/Visitor Parking Assistance: Valet parking service is available for patients/visitors who are disabled. For an additional fee, this service is provided weekdays between 8 am and 7 pm.
Fee structure:

• $4.50 minimum, which covers 2 hours.
• $1 per each additional ½ hour up to a maximum of $11 per calendar day.
• Health Smart Card accepted.

Emergency Room Valet Service: For women in labor, valet service is available 24 hours a day at the entrance of Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital.
