UH Concord Health Center

Serving Concord and surrounding communities, UH Concord Health Center offers patients of all ages access to a wide range of primary and specialty care physicians, laboratory services and diagnostic imaging and radiology. A fully staffed, state-of-the-art urgent care center also offers exceptional, advanced diagnosis and treatment.

In addition to providing patient-centered primary care services, the center offers specialty care in a variety of disciplines, including cardiovascular medicine, dermatology, pulmonology, pain management and much more. Our infusion center offers patients convenient, local access to the services they need, close-to-home.

UH Concord Health Center also provides comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services for women of all ages, and expectant mothers have direct, convenient access to the state-of-the-art maternity and delivery center at UH Geauga Medical Center, a campus of UH Regional Hospitals.
