This year’s headline speaker will be Dr. Sarah Whittingham, a participant in the 2023 IRONMAN World Championship and a passionate advocate in the Parkinson’s community, and author of the book Oh Crap! It’s Parkinson’s: A Rebel’s Guide to Taking Back Control of Your Life.
