Division members are recognized year in and year out as among the most effective and enthusiastic educators at our institution, receiving a disproportional large share of teaching awards and mentoring an abundance of resident research projects annually.

Physicians associated with the Division serve as Director of the CWRU Pediatric Core Clerkship, Director of the Medicine – Pediatric Residency Training Program, Associate Director of the Pediatric Residency Training Program, Director of CWRU Pediatric Family Clinic and Director of the Office Board Pediatric Resident Education Program.

The Division is committed to an expanding role for the discipline of general pediatrics and supports the concept that patients and society are best served by addressing the needs of the whole child in the context of family and community.
