Serving Mentor and the east side of Greater Cleveland from this location in the heart of the city, this facility offers families access to a wide range of primary and specialty care services, laboratory and general diagnostic radiology services. In addition to family medicine, the range of services includes specialists in allergy and asthma, audiology and speech pathology, obstetrics, gynecology, and physical and occupational therapy.
