A Student Observer is someone who will be shadowing a staff member for 1-5 days for a total of 40 hours or less. The Observer must complete an application (signed also by a parent or guardian if under age 18) and a Consent for Participation form. If the Observer will be at UHCMC for more than one day, a tuberculosis screening is required. A screening completed in the last 12 months is acceptable. If one is needed, it will be provided at no charge. The cost of parking is the responsibility of the Observer.
