Increasing the number of minority professionals at University Hospitals is a way to increase employee engagement and eliminate health disparities.

To promote minority administrative leadership development, UH provides access to continuing education programs combined with professional guidance in the work atmosphere. Our minority administrative fellows are encouraged to take part in our many training programs that allow them to develop their growing list of skills.

With combined interdepartmental training, mentoring and career advancement opportunities, we hope to create an increased number of leadership opportunities for underrepresented ethnic minorities UH.
