Located on the 4th floor of the Lerner Tower at Case Medical Center, the Broadcast Studio is an on-site studio with broadcast quality cameras, lighting, sound and editing, allowing connectivity to television and radio broadcasters via fiber optic cable and third party satellite services. The Studio enables the live transmission of interactive interviews between broadcasters and University Hospitals’ spokespersons. The Studio will facilitate increased television exposure for UH while promoting its brand and reputation in local, regional and national markets.

The primary purpose of the Studio is to increase University Hospitals’ presence on local, regional and national television by providing broadcasters with immediate, convenient access to UH physicians, scientists, leaders and experts for “live” commentary on newsworthy topics. The facility will enable broadcast-quality production and distribution to broadcasters nationwide.
